Which wallets can I use?

You can use Metamask, Coinbase wallet, or any wallet that is supported by WalletConnect.

What is the maximum number of addresses to which you can send at one time?

There are no restrictions. You can send unlimited tokens to as many addresses as you want.

How much time does sendig take?

It depends on the gas price and network congestion.

Could I send not only crypto?

We are working on future integration so you will be able to transfer your crypto assets and it will be converted to fiat. So, the banking cards will accept it

Can I test the app on a Testnet?

Yes! You can use Goerli for testing to make sure that everything is working as expected.

How do I switch from one chain to another?

By clicking on the button with the chain icon in the upper right corner of the page.

What is approve for the token usage?

The contract needs your approval to “take” the tokens from you. Approvals done directly to protocol contracts do provide additional exposure to smart contract exploits. In other words, they are safe as long as the underlying protocol is safe

How Manysend calculates fee?

Manysend calculates fees based on two components: the volume of the transfer and the exchange rate. Our platform charges a percentage fee on the total amount being transferred, ensuring a fair and transparent pricing structure. Additionally, when exchanging currencies, a small fee is applied to cover the cost of conversion.

It is important to note that any other fees associated with the transaction are blockchain network fees, which are significantly lower when using Manysend compared to traditional methods. These fees are necessary for processing transactions on the blockchain network and are not determined by Manysend. Our commitment is to provide you with a cost-effective and efficient solution for mass payments and crypto-to-fiat transfers, while maintaining transparency in our fee structure.

Where I can see my transactions?

All transactions which were created on your account will be visible at history tab

What is the average time to confirm the transaction?

The average time to confirm a transaction on Manysend depends on the underlying blockchain network being used. For transactions on the Polygon blockchain, confirmation times are typically faster, taking only a few seconds to a few minutes. However, it is essential to note that network congestion, transaction fees, and other factors may affect confirmation times. At Manysend, we are constantly working to optimize our platform to provide you with the most efficient and seamless transaction experience possible.

What if I made a mistake in recepient wallet address?

Our system will mark all mistakes which you've written. So, you will have a chance to change until sending money to someone.

Why I must approve multiple transactions?

If you are trying to make multiple transactions with the swap option - you should confirm every swap.

When X, Y, Z blockchain?

We are planning to add more blockchains and continuously work on that. If you want something to add in the priority, write us on Twitter, and leave comments on our posts. We definitely will take a look at that if there is enough proof from the community

When Manysend token?

We're exploring the best timing when we will be ready to launch the Manysend Token. We want to have a great product with good traction, and then we will be ready to provide rewards to users, especially early adopters.
